• Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Newsletter email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
• Analytics data: Retained in anonymised, aggregated form for up to 26 months.
• Comment data: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

Fit4rEver is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Some of our calculators offer paediatric estimates (e.g., BMI for children aged 2–12). These use publicly available reference data and do not store any input data. Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of health tools and consult a paediatrician for medical assessments.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.2+).
• Regular security updates and patches.
• Restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
